Refund/Return Policy
No refunds will be given if your order does not arrive before Christmas. We clearly state the processing and shipping estimates on our site. It is the customers responsibility to plan accordingly.
We maintain a strict no refund/return/exchange policy for errors with choosing the correct size. Please utilize our size guides and feel free to email us if you require assistance with sizing.
- Refunds are not allowed unless there is an item defect. We will send you a replacement first and if there is still an issue we can process a refund.
- To file the claim please contact us and mention your order number, including an explanation of the issue.
Defect claims must be filed within 14 days of the item being delivered to you. Any claims made outside of this time frame will not be accepted, with no exception.
The customer will be responsible for any shipping back costs and providing their own shipping label for returns.
We are not responsible if your package gets stolen from your mailbox or if the shipping company delivers your package to the wrong address. The customer will be responsible for contacting the shipping company for assistance.
In the event that the customer fails to accept delivery of their package and the shipping company returns your package to the sender, we will resend your package once we receive it back to our warehouse. No refunds will be given in this situation.
